Job Description
PAYROLL / HR ADMINISTRATOR – FULL TIME 6 MONTH CONTRACT – PERMANENT – SALARY DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE £25,000 TO £27,000 – NEAR WATTON

Our client are looking for an experienced Payroll / HR administrator on a 6 month contract (there is a possibility of it becoming permanent)

Payroll / HR Administrator

The role is an addition to the Accounts Department to provide support through a continuing period of growth.The team works in a fast moving environment where attention to detail and service levels are paramount.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

Prepare and Process Payroll across 2x companies totalling iro 108 employees
HMRC and Pension reportingTime Management System control and administration
Maintain employee informationProduce Job Offer letters and Contracts of Employment
Absence monitoring (Bradford Factor)Assist in maintaining Company Handbook and Policies
Updates and issuing of induction packsKPI reportingAssisting Management in an HR advisory capacity

Skills & Abilities:

Fully computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft products;
Understand Payroll processes and HMRC regulationsA good level of literacy and numerical skills;
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail;Highly organised and hard working;
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure;
Effective communicator;Ability to be discreet, diplomatic, reliable and trustworthy;
The department is made up of several sections so a willingness to be part ofthe entire team and assist with cover for holiday/sickness/busy times is essential.

Qualifications:

Experience in a similar role preferredAbility to assist management in an HR advisory capacity desirable but not essential
Excel Intermediate
