Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Co-ordinator to join their team.

Duties include:

Support the payroll data preparation and ensure submission of data within required deadline, liaising with the third-party providers as required.
Manage the payments for all relevant employees and ensure third parties payments are coordinated and made within the required deadline.
Be the point of contact to the finance team for processing and audit requirements.
Check accuracy of payslip and monthly payroll reports.
Ensure Company processes and local regulations are followed.
Manage employee queries in a professional and timely manner.
Document the current process and understand position to support transition activities to the new external payroll provider.
Provide project support as required to ensure the smooth transition to the new external payroll provider, ensuring data and process management.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Complete any ad hoc activities to support the international payroll as required by the Payroll Manager.

To be successful in this role you would have:

Past experience within a payroll capacity.
Be able to operate in a fast pace, dynamic environment.
Offer an ability to build upon strong relationships with stakeholders of all levels.
Be able to juggle and coordinate multiple tasks.
Strong excel skills including vlookups and pivot tables.
