Job Description
Job Title: Payroll Coordinator
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Temp to Perm

Location: Bordon, GU35
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am till 5pm

Hourly Rate: £18 per hour (negotiable) – all payments are paid weekly via umbrella

Duties may include but are not limited to:

Responsible for creating, maintaining and updating all internal payroll processes for the clients landscaping division.

Assist with timesheet submissions for circa 700 four weekly employees.

Support local finance team on transactional finance and month end activities such as journal postings.

Support Operations Director and MD with the ad-hoc queries.

Produce monthly accruals and regional journal recharges.

Calculation of monthly commission payments.

Production of payroll variance and summary reports for MD sign off.

Reconciliation of gritting payments, by individual and cost centre.

Responsible for all manual employee reporting in line with HR and business requirements.

Chase managers for missing information where necessary.

Assist managers with completion of internal employee forms.
