Job Description
Payroll Assistant

Up to £25,000 a year – Full-time, Permanent

Stafford

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Assistant to join a dynamic and growing client based Stafford.

Reporting into the Payroll Manager, the role will suit a current payroll administrator or an accounts assistant with payroll responsibility looking to specialize in payroll.

Key duties will include:

As the Payroll Assistant you will be assisting with weekly, bi-weekly, 4 weekly and monthly payroll for multiple clients of different sizes and industries

*

Dealing with new starters

*

Processing leavers

*

Processing and submitting to HMRC

*

As the Payroll Assistant you will be monitoring annual leave calculations and updating employee records

*

Assisting with auto enrolment over multiple companies & liaising with pension providers

*

Liaising with clients, dealing with any questions and queries

*

Processing furlough payments and queries
