Job Description
We are partnered with a global financial services company who are seeking an experienced, dynamic and professional payroll advisor to join them on a permanent basis.

As Payroll Advisor, you will report into the Global Payroll Manager and will work closely with peers both in the UK & US to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery across over 20 global regions.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Preparation, input and reconciliation of EMEA & APAC payrolls.
Processing and end to end payroll where necessary.
Ensure compliance with local regulatory and tax authorities.
Year end reporting.
Liaise with various external providers.
Playing a key role in projects to streamline and automate payroll processes.
Assist with system transformation projects.

Experience required:

Extensive global experience across a range of EMEA & APAC countries.
Up to date payroll legislation.
End to end UK experience.
Confident liaising with payroll vendors.
Experience with payroll project work/streamlining.

This role offers flexibility for hybrid working (office based a minimum of three days a week). Also on offer is a competitive benefits package including a generous bonus & pension scheme.
