Job Description
A renowned organisation, based near Solihull are looking for an experienced individual within a Payroll Administration capacity to work part time, 25 hours a week. It is essential for the successful applicant to possess a strong working knowledge of the end-to-end payroll process and an ability to work to tight deadlines working within a team. The responsibilities of the role are as follows:
* Offer advice too individuals with queries in relation to payroll
* Efficient management and distribution of post within the department
* Assisting with the end-to-end payroll process of up to 800 employees
* Dealing with overtime requests and expense claims in a timely manner
* Assist with the maintenance of employees records
* Assisting with a range of employee benefits
* Monitor compliance in regards to expenses Standing Order
The successful applicant must possess the following attributes:
* GCSE Grade A or equivalent in Maths
* Demonstrable experience of working in a Payroll Assistant capacity
* Ideally exposure of using iTrent Software
* A preferred knowledge of PAYE, NI legislation as well as a Chartered Institute of Payroll & Pensions
This is a fantastic part-time permanent opportunity working 25 hours a week. These hours can be worked in accordance to the candidates requirements.
