Our Clients are looking for an experienced Purchasae Ledger Clerk to work 21hours per week.
Inputting Purchase invoices onto Sage
Matching Purchase Invoices to Purchase Orders
Dealing with and resolving discrepancies with Purchase Invoices and Purchase Orders and Goods Received Notices.
Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing accounts details
Reconcilliation of supplier statements
Filling invoices
Data Entry
First point of contact for all relevant enquiries
Processing expenses
CIS Expenses
