Job Description
Our client is an accountancy business with approximately 250 clients comprising Sole Traders, Partnerships and Ltd Companies, whose requirements vary from accounts preparation and tax returns, VAT returns, Payroll and Statutory Accounts.
They are a small, friendly team based on the outskirts of Loughborough, and are looking for an experienced payroll administrator/assistant accountant to join them.
The successful candidate must have at least two years current payroll experience and ideally be able to prepare Sage accounts and manual accounts.
This is a permanent role with flexible working hours, but must include Monday each week.
Essential skills required:
* Sage 50 client manager payroll, or BrightPay (to cover all aspects of payroll, auto enrolment and HMRC submissions).
* Sage 50 client manager accounts, Xero accounting.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in all work is crucial.
The office is based on a small business site, with free parking.
There is a degree of flexibility in the hours by negotiation.
Pay will be based on experience.
Holidays are 20 days plus statutory (pro-rated for part-time hours).
This is a small friendly office with an informal atmosphere and has two office dogs
