Job Description
Role: Part Time Customer Service Adviser

Location: Didcot

Hours: 21 hrs a week, Mon – Wed, 9am – 5pm, Plus 2 in 4 Sat’s 9am-12pm (paid as overtime)

Start salary: £12,025

The main focus for the branch is to support our new and existing customers – face to face, over the telephone and dealing with written enquiries regarding their savings accounts.

Essential criteria:

* Experience of working with internal and/or external, customers to ensure the highest quality service experience

* Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable criteria:

* Competent in the use of Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, Outlook and Office 365
