We are working with an innovative, market leading PE backed business. The company are fully committed to providing the highest quality products through continuous development, improvement, and thorough training. They are looking for a Management Accountant to join their established finance team. This role offers you the opportunity to be a part of a small, well organised and streamlined finance function and report directly into the Financial Controller.
This position has an annual salary of up to £30,000.

Duties include:

Prepare monthly management accounts.
Prepare accurate and complete management information for the company.
Update KPIs for financial and non-financial measures.
Carry out variance analysis.
Complete reconciliations and create reports where required.
Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and statutory accounts.
Is this role right for you?

We are looking for a keen Management Accountant looking for the next step in their career. You need to have completed AAT L4, or other relevant qualification, and be looking to move on to study CIMA or ACCA. You must have in depth analytical skills and be able to evaluate and communicate your findings effectively alongside making recommendations. You should be organised and able to manage and prioritise your workload. You will need knowledge of ERP systems. It is desirable for the candidate to have previous experience in a PE backed company.
