Role: Management Accountant

Team: Finance

Location: Park Royal, London. We operate a hybrid working approach, which allows you to manage your time between home and office.

Your Management Accountant role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Finance Team.

This position sits in our Finance business. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role is responsible for the development and documentation of process improvements, preparation and production of management accounts for the main trading entity and assist with the preparing management accounts for subsidiaries.

You will be a collaborative team player with the ability to build relationships. across all functions and levels. If you are looking for experience in a fast paced and rewarding environment, then this is for you!

Your unique contribution

As a Management Accountant, you will have some key responsibilities:

*

Full responsibility for Cashflow reporting internally to FP&A Manager

*

Balance sheet reconciliations for all assets and liabilities

*

Intercompany account reconciliations performed monthly

*

Accurate and timely close of year end, producing year end audit files

*

Assist the Financial Controller in creating documented processes, policies and controls that ensure robust management of financials

*

Liaise with rest of the Finance team to ensure the effective and timely delivery of management accounts for main trading entity, reporting on performance

*

Liaise with the treasury team to ensure monthly bank and credit card sales reconciliations for all accounts are performed

*

Liaise with the Commercial Analyst to ensure that that supplier retro rebates are calculated and reconciled accurately, and invoices raised on a timely basis

*

Ensure any accruals are accounted for correctly in the management accounts

Your Experience

*

Qualified Accountant (ACCA or CIMA) or Finalist

*

Experience in working in a Management Accountant role

*

Experience of setting up and documenting procedures and policies

*

Planning and organising a multi – task workload

*

Excellent IT skills including all Microsoft packages
