Job Description
High growth tech business have a new opening for a qualified Management Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) to lead a growing management accounts team.

Following recent revenue growth and some small acquisitions, they now require a dynamic and experienced management accountant to lead the function.

Key responsibilities;

Responsible for the production of the Group Management Accounts in accordance with strict timelines
Leadership of a Team of 6. Leadership duties will include inspiring, guiding, motivating and focusing your Team
Improving the efficiency of the management accounting processes
Business Partnering multiple stakeholders, including Board Members
Improving the Finance BI reporting to improve business decision making
Monthly balance sheet reviews
Acquisition integration accounting as required
Managing the provision of audit information to and from Management Accounts Team
Reporting into the Group Financial Controller

Key skills preferred;

Qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
Pro-active, highly motivated individual who is committed to accuracy and strives for success
Strong system knowledge and experience of implementing process improvements
Good techincal accounting knowledge
Excellent Microsoft Office skills – especially Excel
Strong analytical skills and ability to present financial information clearly
