Job Description
Our clients, a well-known company who are based across the UK looking for an Integration Manager to join their growing organisation.
The successful individual will oversee the team that combines the functions of acquired businesses.
Ideally, this role will be home-based.
As an Integration Manager your role will Include:
* Define and lead multiple integration projects and maintain responsibility for project management, integration strategy development, implementation and adoption of the post-integration cycle.
* Ensure the team has sufficient resources to complete its work in a timely manner
* Be accountable for timely delivery and project completion of post-integration plans while identifying and resolving gaps for overall integration strategy success
* Support internal stakeholders throughout the due diligence, and prepare the integration phase of the post-acquisition process
* Report to managements of both the acquirer and acquiree concerning the status of the work
* Identify and address any challenges and setbacks
* Coordinate workstream activities of functional project team members
* Arrange and chair ‘kick off’ meetings for both internal and external meetings
* Hand over the post-acquisition follow-up to the relevant operations business partners once this is possible
* Prepare a final report at the end of the project with follow on reporting
To be considered for the Integration Manager role, you must have:
* Previous experience in mergers and acquisitions integration
* An understanding of the financial services industry
* 2+ years’ experience in relevant role within a financial advice business
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Analytical skills to track and predict trends
* Project management
* Strong MS office skills
* Organised and diligent
* Willingness to travel is required
Working hours:
* 8:45 – 5:15 Monday to Friday
* Home-based
Our client is offering the successful Integration Manager:
* Salary of up to £50,000 dependent on experience
