This is predominantly an administrative role, dealing with various insurance products providing administrative support within a vibrant and multiskilled team environment.
The role requires confidence in decision making and a customer lead approach to dealing with renewals, admin, processing payments and customer emails. Working in a supportive team this role is the perfect introduction to your career within the insurance sector.
Essential skills and experience:
* Experience of working within Customer Service
* Proven administration experience
* Computer literacy and strong communication skills
Working Monday – Friday 8.30 – 4.30 – no weekends
