HRIS (Workday) Manager
12 month FTC
Central London
£100,000-£110,000 + competitive variable + benefits

Network HR are working in partnership with a prestigious Investment Management business for the critical hire of a HRIS (Workday) Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract. (Potential for permanency) This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing HR team, supporting growth, driving change, and influencing the way they use technology in a fast-paced, dynamic organisation. As the HRIS Manager, you will own all areas of Workday and help the business to use it to its full potential. You will be great at using data to tell a story and will be comfortable in facing off to the business by reporting to provide people insights that enable the business to make informed business decisions. Responsibilities will include:

Support and develop Workday across a number of modules including HCM, Recruitment, Absence, Performance and Advanced Compensation
Provide ongoing consultation to the HR team, building systems knowledge, gathering requirements, providing impact analysis and solutions
Evaluate Workday releases and new functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimise systems usage, working with the in house Digital team to assess any wider architectural impacts
Own and manage the development of annual HR processes including objective setting, performance and compensation reviews
Manage and implement changes to Workday business processes, ensuring that these remain fit for purpose through testing and ongoing monitoring
Monitor and maintain data accuracy within Workday by building relevant reports and conducting regular audits of key information
Serve as an escalation point for all Workday issues, and own the process of resolving these in a timely manner
Develop and maintain Workday reporting capabilities, including matrix reports and dashboards.
Collaborate effectively with Workday AMS provider (currently One Source Virtual) to resolve complex configuration issues and deliver timely solutions 
The successful candidate will be a Workday subject matter expert and will be able to understand and translate all data and statistics to the business whilst making recommendations for improvement. What you will need:

A financial services background will be mandatory for this hire
Deep knowledge of workday and experience of reporting on data/statistics
Excellent stakeholder management
Proven experience of evolving Workday technology in projects/business
