The vacancy

We have an exciting 12 month fixed term opportunity to join the existing HR team as an HR Business Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that plays a key role in the business.

This role will be based in our Glasgow office combined with home working (with occasional travel). We require an experienced HRBP to become an integral member of our team. You will partner with client groups in Glasgow & Manchester but will also have ownership for key people projects, policies and procedures delivering these across the UK.

What will you be doing?

Partner with key stakeholders and leaders across assigned business units to achieve business priorities, using data to provide insight into key trends and areas for improvement.
Supporting our Operational areas which includes Customer Contact Centres and our business support areas based within the UK Platform
Manage complex employee relations issues, building management capability and ownership and lead HR projects/ initiatives to deliver high engagement, retention and customer focus
Working with other HR colleagues to support the process by creating, embedding and advising on key policies and procedures, in line with legislative and regulatory changesIs this you?

Strong experience as a HR generalist
Experience in coaching leaders at all levels
Previous experience as a HR Business Partner within Contact Centre / Customer Service environments
Experience of dealing with a high case load and multiple priorities concurrently
Superb communication, interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build effective and long-lasting relationships
CIPD qualified Level 5 and/ or demonstrably qualified by experience
Experience of working in a regulated environment (desirable) and knowledge of risk frameworks
Experience of working in a fast paced and ever-changing organisation would be an advantage
Good knowledge and use of Microsoft packages e.g. word, excel to interpret HR informationWhy Arrow Global?
