Job Description
A rare and very exciting opportunity has arisen working for a large employer based in Kent – this is a permanent role.

This role can offer a hybrid working pattern and flexible start and finish times.

As the Head of Payroll, you will be responsible for the following:

Overseeing the payroll processing for a high-volume payroll – start to finish processing on a monthly basis.
Administering multiple pension schemes.
Management of a large payroll team – 15+.
Development & training of payroll team.
Stakeholder management.
Driving change and making positive improvements.

CIPP qualification would be desirable.

Candidates must have proven high volume payroll experience and large tea management.
