Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Group Finance Manager to work with our prestigious client based in Staffordshire within their finance department. This company has seen fantastic growth over the last few years; due to the growth and development of the company, they are looking for a talented, highly motivated finance professional who can work closely with the finance and senior management teams to assist in all aspects of the growth of the business.
 
The ideal candidate will be a qualified, commercially astute accountant, experienced at group level, with foreign currency/import experience and a hands-on approach. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, challenging and continually evolving business environment offering the ideal opportunity for the right candidate to gain significant experience in a market-leading organisation.
 
Job Description:
 
As the Group Finance Manager, you’ll form part of and work closely with the senior management team. Reporting to the Group FD and senior board level, the role encompasses. Duties will include:

Management and development of the financial reporting/management accounting team
Delivery of fast month-end close and & production of group consolidated accounts
Implementation and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP integrated reporting system
Continuing development of existing financial systems and reporting procedures
Deputising for Group FD during holidays/absences Candidate requirements for the Group Finance Manager role:

Previous experience in a similar group-level role
Experience in management of new accounting/ERP system implementation
Excellent people management skills
Foreign currency/import experience
Great communications skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong team player Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm
Salary: Negotiable
