Job Description
Elite HR are delighted to be working with a charity located in Chichester who are looking for a Permanent Fundraising, Event and Philanthropy Manager to join their friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a Fundraising and Events background and is looking for a role with a particular focus on strategic planning, then this could be the role for you.

Position

Permanent position based 37 hours per week  
Up to £36,000 per annum
This role is offered on a Hybrid working basis, there may be occasional weekends, late nights and evenings due to the nature of the role.
Role

Focus of growth of major doner and stewardship strategy
Managing a small team
Leading on events and fundraising
Promoting and developing doner relationships
Analysing costs and margins to determine the return on investment
Carry out risk assessments before events take place
Personal Specification

Experience fundraising and building doner relationships
Experience designing and delivering events and fundraising activities
Fundraising with corporates, major doners and community team
Abilities to use and utilise CRM system to maximise income generation
Great interpersonal and communication skills
