Job Description
FP&A Analyst – £50,000 DOE – Retail – Lancashire

I am partnering with a renowned retailer whom are looking to bring on a FP&A Analayst during an exciting period of change and transformation. The FP&A Analysts drive the company culture giving true financial and performance transparency across the group. 

Day to Day;

Working with the Head of FP&A to build/develop a model to give group transparency of sales

Interpret P&L, balance sheet and cash flow data and information – highlighting opportunities and minimise risk

Development of models/reports within the operations area – warehouse, logistics etc. 

Project financial appraisal and modelling scenarios 

Ensuring adherence to all governance, risk and compliance standards and expectations

Ad-hoc reporting on behalf of the Senior Leadership Team

Successful Candidate;

Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)

Strong excel skills, extensive financial modelling experience and the ability to manipulate large amounts of data from various sources.

Proven ability to business partner and communicates with non-finance stakeholders effectively and articulately – preferably operational heads 

Experience in putting together business cases for various projects and appraising them – highlighting risks and oppertunities to be mitaged or capitalised on

Proven track record in effective facilitation and communication at multiple levels
