With multiple awards, manufacturing and delivering services and the highest quality products across the globe, they have business interests in the UK and overseas. In a period of high growth, doubling turnover year on year for a consecutive 4 year period, they are set to hit new heights and are growing the finance function. The business are set to focus on with acquisition and are expanding to further territories to deliver a solid 3 year business plan.

Your New Role As FP&A Accountant:

Reporting to the Group Finance Director, the FP&A Accountant shall have the responsibility for all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across the group, base in the UK and overseas. Offering insightful commentary and analysis to highlight issues and improvements, this role will be a true business partnering role, working alongside key personnel within the Group to assist in standardisation of processes, procedures, adding value across the business along with assisting with strategic projects within Group.

Main duties and responsibilities
• Supporting the Group FD with all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis across the group.
• Responsibility for producing accurate and timely management reports
• Taking the lead on development and preparation of all financial forecasts, budgets, cashflow and modelling, including bank finance reporting for the Group, UK business, and overseas business
• Take ownership of performance management reporting across the business including identifying and reporting KPIs which are linked to company strategy and drive positive actions.
• Support and leadership over the strategic planning and strategic initiatives of the company
• Financial and IT projects – Developing project management approach, processes, and systems to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget
• Lead Finance related projects and support all other key business projects.
• Drive and own the integrity of financial information supplied by financial accounting team to other areas of the business.
• Providing cover for the Group FD, other ad hoc duties and projects as requested.

Experience & Qualifications Required To Apply:

To be considered for this role you shall be formally qualified or towards the end of your qualification. With past experience operating in this space of finance you shall have strong technical and business partnering skills. With strong analytical skills and able to maintain a focus with attention to detail, you shall have experience of building strong relationships with a proven track record in a similar role.
