Job Description
CMA Recruitment Group is working in partnership with an expanding group of companies, seeking growth via M&A activity over the next two years, to recruit an established Financial Controller who has potential to progress to Finance Director.

What will the role involve?

Implement standard financial operating systems and procedures for each subsidiary;
Align accounting policies and reporting;
Align systems across the group (currently a mix of sage, xero and quick books);
Assist the implementation of a group consolidation and MI system and generate relevant and timely MI;
Support acquisition activity and help quickly embed financial reporting for all new acquisitions;
Support CEO when fund raising with investors/lenders.
What will you need?

Full qualification ACA, ACCA or CIMA;
Comprehensive financial control experience in a hands-on capacity;
Group consolidation and / or M&A exposure desirable;
Tangible ambition with the desire to progress.
