Job Description
Financial Controller

Salary / Package – £40k-£55k Base Salary (Employed) + Bonus + Pension + 25 Days Holiday + Benefits

Location – Leicestershire / Northamptonshire

Company Background:

Superb opportunity for an experienced Financial Controller to join a reputable and ambitious Solar PV and Renewable Energy specialist based in the Leicestershire region with our client looking to expand substantially over the coming years.

Job Role:

Manage all accounting, business activities and financial transactions.
Provide commercial analysis, overseeing commercial spend and ad-hoc reporting.
Responsible for review of profitability.
Review and improve commercial processes and accounts.
Oversee cashflow movements, payments and forecasting.
Monitor and control debtor and creditor days.
Prepare and submit capital expenditure.
Manage inventory reporting, oversee stock counting process and review.
Manage annual budget process.
Manage the payroll including the submission of information to HMRC.
Manage the expense process to ensure returns are being reviewed correctly and VAT is being claimed correctly. Key Skills / Experience Required:

Qualified to ACCA or CIMA level.
Ideally experience within a similar business, such as Solar PV, Renewable Energy or a Builders Merchant.
Ambitious and someone looking to be part of an exciting and growing business.
