Job Description
CMA Recruitment Group are currently recruiting on an exclusive basis for an interim Financial Controller to support an established SME through a transition period.  Reporting to the Finance Director, the Financial Controller will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the finance team covering monthly management reporting and statutory reporting.

This is a hands-on position, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 

What will the role involve?

Production of month end group results, including management accounts pack;
Production of annual statutory accounts for UK entities;
Production of tax returns for UK entities, including production of R&D tax credit;
Monitoring daily cash flow, managing short term cash requirements;
Guiding team in cost centre reviews and gathering updates to short term forecasts;
Supporting production of budgets & forecasts;
Mentoring other members of finance team.
Suitable Candidate:

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified Financial Controller with all round experience gained in a manufacturing environment;
Strong systems experience, able to support with an upgrade project;
Team management experience.
