Finance Systems Manager
Location: Croydon office location with Hybrid working
Salary: £61,603 to £66,598 per annum plus Civil Service Pension
Contract Type: Permanent

They’re looking for a Finance Systems Manager to join the team and to be responsible for leading the implementation, development, optimisation and administration of the organisation's financial systems, with an emphasis on how financial data can be used and managed throughout the organisation.
Within this position, the role holder will develop and own the financial systems strategy, research user requirements across the organisation and ensure that finance systems are aligned to meet these requirements. Making sure they are optimised the use of existing business applications in line with internal policies and risk profiles.
Their ideal applicant will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with extensive experience of working with financial controlling, planning and reporting systems such as Oracle Fusion and PBCS, and will be able to demonstrate experience of driving and implementing change, with a focus on continuous improvement. This role requires someone to have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical subject to non-technical people.
