Job Description
Finance Business Partner – Change
£40-£50,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities
Produce monthly programme/project financial reports for Steering Groups (exco members) in collaboration with Group Finance and Change.
Hold monthly planning and performance meetings with the programme / project managers across the Asset management portfolio. Manage the communication to the head of Asset Management transformation.
Support the Resource and planning manager alongside the AM delivery manager to ensure that appropriate resourcing (Quality and capacity) is made available to support AM led projects as well as supporting wider portfolios.
Produce financial section of business cases AM projects, ensuring all forecasting is accurate and working with Group finance to ensure hurdle rates and metrics are met and/or understood.
To develop and enhance the AM business scenario model understanding, using the expense model and include external manager fees, this is will support in-house / outsourcing
Run and support scenario plans for different operating models, market situations, maintain risks and opportunities for business management topics and use detailed AM knowledge to support AOP cycles.
Act as a Key point of contact for Group Finance within AM function and Group Change to ensure effective and efficient delivery of monthly, quarterly, yearly financial and reporting processes
Support with the maintenance of the Asset Management Master Service Agreement (MSA) documentation to ensure it reflects the latest services provided by the AM OD as it evolves over time and continually evaluate the most appropriate charging mechanisms across the various Group entities.
Ensure key processes are being followed by the asset management portfolio as set out by the various support functions, including Group Finance and Group Change.
Support AM in integration activities as and where required, including future acquisitions.

Financial modelling capability
Ability to interrogate financial data to support the effective management of AM
Synergy & cost saving delivery and reporting
Experience/Qualifications
Previous experience of working with senior managers to design and support the implementation of Business Management processes and working practices which align with the strategic aims and requirements of the business
A track record of managing and delivering change while maintaining colleague engagement.
Must have a background in Business Management and Finance
Accounting qualification essential (ACCA/CIMA, or Qual by experience) Would consider Finalists
