Job Description
RK Accountancy are currently recruiting on behalf of UK’s largest Home Entertainment Provider who are looking to bring in a Finance Assistant to work at their offices in Morley on a full time basis.

This role is on a fixed term contract for 4 months.

About the Role of the Finance Assistant

Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Finance Assistant will be responsible for supporting the production of Studio Reporting packs, raising Purchase and Sales Orders, posting invoices and credit notes and related reconciliation work.

Responsibilities of the Finance Assistant

Running relevant monthly reports and preparing the Studio reporting packs in Excel ready for using.
Raise and process Purchase Orders and Sales Orders
Post Accounts Payable invoices
Raise Accounts Receivable invoices
Reconcile the AR ledger postings
Maintain the Fixed Asset Register
Skills Required

Experience of Payables and Receivables Ledgers
Intermediate MS Excel Skills – v-lookups, pivot tables
Experience in Sage 200 would be useful but not essential
Work is accurate and completed timely
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to prioritise workloads
Possess good organisational skills
Good time management
