Job Description

What will you be doing as a Finance Assistant:
Working as part of the busy finance team, you will carry out a varied finance role. Duties will include:
Completing daily bank reconciliations for all accounts
Reviewing client account balances on a daily basis and producing replenishment requests
Assisting with month end process for all clients
Assisting with monthly VAT review
Managing shared high volume email inbox as and required
Maintaining client needs and deadlines
Dealing with general finance queries from file handlers and clients
Completing daily BACS and cheque run for all clients

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in a Finance Assistant or Accounts Assistant or posibly Finance Administration role
Numerate
Highly organised with an excellent eye for detail
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable using Excel and Outlook

A salary of GBP18,000 to GBP20,000, depending on experience
