Michael Page are delighted to partner with our client to recruit an exciting role for a Finance Analyst with Business Partnering responsibilities. The successful candidate will support the Finance Controller and team with the reporting of monthly performance, variance analysis and budgeting and forecasting processes. In addition, there will be involvement in ad hoc projects relating to process improvements and system implementations.

Description

The successful candidate will likely have the following responsibilities:

Assisting with the preparation of monthly and quarterly consolidated reports and variance analysis for senior management.
Assist with preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
Participate in both internal and external audits.
Review quarterly submission of global results to parent company.
Assist with preparation of annual statutory accounting, including tax calculations.
Assisting senior management with ad hoc requests, projects, reports and research.
Provide assistance to Finance Business Partners as and when required.
Consistently seek improvement to financial processes, controls, procedures, presentations and reporting.
Any other ad hoc duties that are considered to be relevant to your role.Profile

The successful candidate will likely have the following profile:

Professional Accountancy Qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA/ACA).
Exp in preparation of monthly management accounts, reconciliations, process improvements & audit involvement.
Exp in dealing with difficult stakeholders & communicating with non-finance stakeholders at all levels.
Exp working within a fast-paced commercial environment.
Detail and process orientated.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to work independently with guidance on more complex issues.
Ability to innovate and apply results to improve operations.Job Offer

This role offers a competitive salary between £44,000-£48,000 plus benefits
