Customer Service Consultant
Location: Poole
Salary up to: £21,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday – 9am-5pm
Are you a highly motivated and ambitious individual with a background in Sales?
Our client, a leading national Business Insurance broker in Poole, are seeking driven Customer Service Consultant to come and be a part of the Lead Generation team.
You will be managing a database of leads, recording information and booking appointments for the Business Insurance advisors. The successful candidate will have a great attention to detail, excellent listening skills and use their own initiative.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Consultant:
Making outbound calls to build a rapport to qualify leads.
Engage and manage inbound website leads and liaise between the customer and sales team.
Building future opportunities with existing customer data
Fact find to relay key information to the relevant sales advisor to aid them in achieving their sales targets.
Achieve monthly targets and adhere to Regulatory requirements, Company processes & guidelines.
Develop strong relationships with clients, insurers and underwriters – understanding needs, classes and specific niche sectors.
What we are looking for from the individual?
Essential
Sales or hospitality experience.
Experience of working in a targeted and regulated environment.
Ability to work independently.
Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to absorb new information easily.
