Job Description
Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be partnering with an employer in Rotherham that prides themselves on their excellent work culture, along with low staff turnover. They are looking for new team members within their Customer Service department. They offer training and development, included funded education for Customer Service team members with the right attitude. This is an excellent entry level opportunity. All Customer Service Advisors will also have the chance to earn extra money via overtime and a bonus scheme.

As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will include but not be limited to:

*You will be dealing with customers on a daily basis, with a combination of inbound and outbound calls
*You will be adhering to strict regulations and providing customers with accurate information throughout the call, and providing them with a range of options
*The role will involve relationship building with customers and building rapport

A successful Customer Service Advisor will have the following attributes to fit in with this business:

*Experience in a Customer Service role or telesales role would be useful but is not essential, this can suit someone entry level with the right attitude
*Excellent communication skills are essential
*To fit in with this customer service team, you must be a team player with a great attitude
