Job Description
Search Consultancy are partnering with a global company within the Financial Services Sector who are looking for a number of Customer Support Representatives to join them on a permanent basis.

The company are based in Reigate. You will only need to travel to office during training period of 4-6 weeks with the option to start working 100% remote or hybrid working.

Role: Customer Support Representative
Salary: £20,500 rising to £21,000 with regular pay reviews and a bonus to be earned of up to an extra £3000
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am till 6pm
Job description:

* Dealing with inbound and outbound queries via phone and email
* Building relationships with each and every customer
* Taking the time to listen to customers situations and offering a solution that is tailored to them
* Ensuring that you are being compliant at all times and adhering to policies and guidelines
* Meeting call quality targets
* Updating the CRM system
* Providing good all around customer service throughout the process

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience within customer service (preferably phone based customer service experience however, this is not essential as training is given), excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong team player and demonstrate a desire to learn and better yourself.

Training will be full provided as well which is industry leading!
