CORPORATE FINANCE & FORENSIC SERVICES EXECUTIVE ROLE IN BEACONSFIELD, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE- JOB REF: JO33477
Accountancy Elite are delighted to be partnered with a very well-established and award winning Accountancy Practice based in Beaconsfield who provide an excellent range of services to clients across the region. This exciting new position has emerged due to a period of continued expansion within the department.
The successful candidate for this role would be someone that is either ACCA or ACA qualified, however candidates who are nearing completion of these exams will also definitely be considered. Good technical experience and competence is essential along with an ability to produce meaningful and concise reports.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
* Work on transactions including acquisitions, disposals, corporate restructuring, due diligence, valuations, fund raising and other ad-hoc projects.
* Preparation of forensic accounting reports including loss quantification, business valuation and matrimonial disputes.
* Research and preparations of corporate finance bid/proposal documents.
* Building and maintaining excellent relationships with new and existing clients.
* Adhering to strict deadlines and budgets.
Candidates Attributes:
* Analytical and logical skill set to understand client and business issues and be able ot explain solutions.
* ACCA/ACA qualified OR nearing completion of professional qualification.
* Excellent attention to detail in technical matters.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
