Job Description
Job Summary:
Portfolio Payroll are currently working with a Payroll service provider in the Warrington area who are currently recruiting for a Contractor Payroll Administrator to join their team. Reporting to our Payroll Team Leader you will be running payroll as part of a wider team. They provide an excellent working environment, work from home opportunity and Bouns!
Key Duties/Tasks:
Raise invoices – different agencies
Process statutory payments
CSA, attachment of earnings, etc
Auto Enrolment
Understand the elements of a payslip including Umbrella income
Respond to contractor pay related queries
Importing the bank accounts each day
Multiple daily payroll runs
Check and input contractor mileage and expenses
Ensuring all invoices in the sales ledger are paid
Desirable skills and attributes:
Previous umbrella or recruitment agency contractor payroll administration experience
CIPP qualification desirable but not essential.
Previous payroll experience is essential, and experience with umbrella payroll would be highly advantageous.
