Finance Business Partner (15 Month FTC)

£55000 – £60000 + Benefits

SF Recruitment is hiring for a well known large multi-site organisation based in Derby for the position of Finance Business Partner, this is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused accountant to join a growing business at an extremely exciting time as they continue to grow.

Key responsibilities:

– Key point of contact for any finance and commercial queries
– To provide valuable analysis, insights and financial modelling to influence the decision-making process and support in the delivery of strategic initiatives.
– Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis for entities & regions
– Performance control and financial analysis
– Generation and analysis of financial statements and a range of financial reports
– Represent finance within operational environment and on major projects providing challenge, support and guidanc
– Support to operations – providing accurate and timely analysis of performance indicators
– Track cost reduction measures with a focus on continuous improvement of processes
– Exceptional business partnering experience
– Drive continuous improvement in all areas assigned

Our client is seeking a talented qualified account with solid experience operating at Commercial Business Partnering level The ideal candidate will possess strong IT skills including MS Excel as well as experience using BI tools. This role is most suited to a candidate who enjoys partnering with directors to support sound commercial decision making through the use of data. In addition:
CIMA/ ACCA qualified (or equivalent) – Strong finalists considered
– Excellent communication skills – you are able to establish and maintain positive relationships with the finance team and a range of key stakeholders
– Strong analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail
– Agility to operate effectively within a busy working environment, confidently prioritising tasks
