Job Description
My client, a reputable global business in Merseyside, are looking for a motivated Commercial Business Partner to join and be a part of their Group Commercial function.

Reporting into a brilliant Senior Business Partner, you would be utilising your financial knowledge to support the wider business and the global commercial teams. Lots of involvement in sale analysis, project management, annual planning & providing market intel to help assist with business cases led by evidence.

This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking to develop your leadership & technical accounting skills and perfect for anyone who wants to advance their analysis skills. This is a business critical role with lots of responsibility from the get-go but also tons of support from the wider team playing a key part building financial models.

Key responsibilities would include:
*Communicating and liaising with internal stakeholders and conveying expectations & deadlines.
*Analysing, reporting and preparing sales information to support key business decisions
*Preparing & evaluating business cases and developing long term plans for various projects
*Support business planning & analysis to help develop the business constantly
*Providing valuable suggestions to financial projections and working with managers helping them understand the data
*Annual business planning and pricing initiatives
*Any ad-hoc project work and working closely with the business planning & analysis commercial team

Qualifications & Experience
*A professional accounting qualification is required e.g. ACA, ACCA or CIMA. (QBE will be considered)
*Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Confident in building relationships and working under pressure
*Initiative and willingness to support other colleagues when necessary
