Job Description
Experienced Claims Manager wanted for our East Grinstead based client. Our client, a UK leading holiday provider, are seeking a Claims Manager to resolve claims and complaints end-to-end and liaise with third party insurance providers when required.
12 month fixed term contract – Leading UK company – Hybrid working
The successful Claims Manager will be an excellent written and oral communicator, have thorough knowledge and experience in the claims handling function, as well as being an analytical thinker with an eye for spotting trends.
Responsibilities of the Claims Manager:
Responsible as the point of escalation for customer claims
Liaise with 3rd party organisations to see claims through to resolution
Build relationships and negotiate with service providers to ensure best price and services to meet customer expectations
Spot trends and report root cause analysis to prevent repeating claims
Stay within club and FCA timescales when handling complaintsKey Skills and Experience of the Claims Manager:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Analytical thinker
Building and managing professional relationships
