Job Description
Milton Keynes , Hybrid working

Our leading financial services client is currently looking to recruit a Claims Coach who will assist the Team Leader in coaching the team. The Claims Coach will be responsible for acting as Technical Authority Holder and deciding what cases need upwards referral.

Key Responsibilities of the Claims Coach:

Liaising with the team members on a daily basis taking verbal and written referrals
Supporting Claims Team Leader to coach the Claims handlers
Ensuring reserving is correct
Target driven working and assisting the team to reach targets, regularly utilising MI available
Motivate, support and guide team members, identifying training needs and ensuring they have the correct technical claims knowledge needed Key Experience of the Claims Coach:

Proven track record in claims handling with a high level of expertise
Coaching/Training experience desired
Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence others.
Able to adapt and react to a fast-changing environment.
Being innovative and confident to challenge the status quo; sharing new ideas to streamline process and improve team performance.Benefits:
