Robert Walters are delighted to be recruiting an excellent Interim Assistant Accountant role, for our client who are based in Hatfield. This role is focused on analysing and manipulating data using excel vlook ups and pivot tables etc.

The Role:

Provide day-to-day support to the Commercial Finance Analyst, primarily concentrating on reporting, systems and processes that will drive commercial revenue and provide insight into under/over performance of retail revenues across the David Lloyd estate.

Produce daily, weekly and monthly reporting across a number of commercial activities
Assist with any requests for commercial data/analysis and support the answering of any queries thereafter
Support and assist with the modelling and communication of retail forecasts
Provide modelling and analysis on any new revenue streams
Assist in the reconciliation of commercial data in Power BI following its integration
Carry out ad hoc analysis/tasks as required by the Head of FP&A
Work with reporting services to ensure all retail reporting across the business is accurate, timely and fit for purpose, servicing the needs of all stakeholdersProfile:

Attention to detail and organised
Strong Excel Skills; Vlookups, Pivot tables & Sumif
Strong numerical and analytical ability, supported by a relevant accounting qualification
Experience of working in a multi-site retail business
Ability to work across several different work streams on an ongoing basis
Excellent communication skills to deliver the key messages to senior stakeholders from a significant amount of dataOn Offer:

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 plus discretionary bonus working in the office 3 days per week.

Length: 12 Months FTC
