Job Description
Accounts Receivable Assistant –
Fleet – Hampshire (Walking distance of the train station)
£30,000 – £35,000 negotiable
Our client continues to experience exceptional growth and are now looking to add an Accounts Receivable Assistant to their Finance Team. Working within a superb environment, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress and further develop personal skills and experience.
The annual salary is between £30,000 – £35,000, however is negotiable, with exciting benefits including, competitive annual leave, company pension, annual company events etc.
Working in a small but growing Finance team for a fast paced, rapidly growing B2B Sales company. The Accounts Receiveable Assistant role will offer plenty of exposure to the senior management of the business. Would suit a candidate comfortable in working for a fast-paced scale up business. Attention to detail and a "can do" attitude is important.
The role is a mix of working from home and office based.
Role and Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Assistant
* Raise monthly recurring sales invoices
* Raise monthly bonus fee invoices
* Monthly adjustment to invoice billing cycles in line with Operational demands
* Credit control
* Bank reconciliations
* Resolution of accounting and posting queries
* Month-end and Year-end functions and reporting
Qualifications and Education Requirements for the Accounts Receivable Assistant
AAT/MAAT or any other accounting or Finance qualification.
Qualified by experience.
Key skills & Attributes for the Accounts Receivable Assistant
* Previous Accounts Receivable/credit control experience
* Exposure to QuickBooks software would be an advantage
* Experience processing transactions in foreign currencies
* Attention to detail
* Strong communication skills at all levels
* Ability to work to demanding deadlines and prioritise tasks in a complex environment
* Willingness to take ownership of an issue and manage it to successful resolution
* Good Microsoft Office &/or Google Suite skills
