Job Description
Accounts Payable – £15 – 16 per hr based in Chertsey, Surrey
Approximately – 4 – 6 weeks
Duties/attributes:
Accounts payable:
Obtaining approval for all supplier documents and processing of approved documents on the system to the correct balance sheet and income statement accounts.
Self- review and verification of all entries.
Reconciliation of supplier accounts for authorisation.
Loading of supplier payments on the bank system for review and release.
Filing / scanning of all supporting documents.
