Job Description
The Company:
Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently working with a successful based charity in Sheffield who are recruiting an Accounts Assistant.
The Job:
This is a full time, permanent role, based on site, with options of flexible working.
As the Accounts Asssiatnt, you will support the Head of Finance with the day to day running of the finance department.
Key Responsibilities include:
Processing of bank reconciliations
Handling all purchase and sales ledger enquiries and resolving anomalies
Raise and send invoices to suppliers/customers
Acting as a first point of contact for carriers and suppliers to place orders
Additional Ad Hoc duties
The Candidate:
Previous experience in a similar settling will be required
Good IT skills, specifically with Microsoft Office packages
Understanding of year end accounts
Strong attention to detail
AAT Level 3 would be beneficial
Able to work in a highly efficient office team
