Job Description
My client is based in a beautiful part of Warwickshire, easily commutable from Solihull, Warwick, Leamington or Stratford-on-Avon.

The role we are supporting with is that of Accounts Assistant. This is a new position and presents a great opportunity for someone to report directly into the Financial Controller and further their finance skills in a friendly and busy environment. The role is office based due to the nature of their business and hours are 9-5.

The duties are varied and include:

Credit Control – There is a Credit Controller in place but this role will cover holidays and work alongside from time to time
Sales Ledger
Purchase Ledger
Bank reconciliations
Banking
General Ledger There is scope to become involved in assisting to prepare the management accounts, and we hope to find someone who will add value to other parts of the business such as insurance renewals and potentially purchasing negotiations.

What are we looking for?

Relevant experience gained in Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Credit Control
Experience of bank recs
Strong excel skills and a willingness to learn more
