Good Hours, choice of 8.30am -5pm or 9am-5.30pmOur client, a reputable car dealership group is recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their expanding Accounts Team

Key Responsibilities

Deal with all accounts invoicing for vehicle purchases and sales
Purchase Ledger: Matching, Batching and Coding
Reconciliation's of all vehicle payments from customers
Process new cars orders from quote stage through to delivery
Petty Cash reconciliation's
Accounting for services purchased MOT/ Repairs etc
Work with our client's internal dealer management system for vehicle stocking, orders and invoicing
Register cars and process handover paperwork
Complete weekly status reports
Work to high service levels and company guidelines, ensuring that you deliver the best possible service to our customers
Process delivery paperwork to ensure timely invoice pay-outs. Skills & Experience
