Job Description
Our clients modern, forward thinking team is growing – and we're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join them!

This is a full time permanent role. Monday to Friday. 8am to 5pm.

Salary between 21k to 24k dependant on experience.

You'll contribute towards the success of the team by:

Ensuring accurate and timely processing of a high volume of invoices
Preparing for the generation of weekly payments on both BACS and cheques
Statement reconciliation
Responding to internal customer and external supplier queries, ensuring all issues are investigated, resolved and/or escalated in a timely manner.In return, we offer a supportive and collaborative environment where you can gain invaluable exposure to our wider finance function. Our ideal candidate? We're seeking a highly organised individual who can work on their own initiative with minimum supervision, who also have the following skills and experience:

You'll have previous experience of working in an Accounts Payable role, with knowledge of Accounts Payable procedures, controls and SAGE.
You'll have previous experience of processing invoices in an accurate and timely manner
You'll have strong communication skills, face to face, over the phone and via email with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders effectively.
If you have experience in payroll, that would be a big plus.This company is growing and it's a great time to come on board.
