Job Description
Second Charge Mortgage Advisor £30,000 + Commission
OTE £65k
We are currently on the hunt for an experienced Mortgage or Secured loan Advisors to join a fast-paced, dynamic environment where people are rewarded their individual contributions.
Offices based in Stockport, this role is ideal for somebody who is CeMAP qualified, looking for a new opportunity!
As a Second Charge Mortgage Advisor, we want to ensure the work life balance – that’s why the latest we expect you to work until is 7pm Monday to Thursday & Friday until 3.00pm. NO WEEKENDS!
The successful Advisor will be joining a high performing sales team with hot leads provided. Alongside your team of experienced Mortgage Advisor colleagues, you will provide high quality professional independent mortgage advice and explain different types of second charge mortgages available.
The ideal Second Charge Mortgage Advisor will need good time management skills and a consultative approach, whilst providing every client with an exceptional level of customer service and ensuring all relevant documentation is completed appropriately. You will need 12 months experience within Financial Services & a full CeMAP qualification
