Job Description
I am delighted to be assisting my client who are a Wealth Management firm with a strong focus on investment services, in their search for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their small team of professionals in Edinburgh.

As the business continued to expand, this role is specifically targeted at supporting the Private client managers in taking responsibility of the client review process, in particularly the production of suitability reports.

The role offers long term career progression with and offers an excellent learning platform for an experience IFA Administrator that wants to take on a more client facing role and has existing experience dealing with the more technical aaspect's of supporting planners.

The successful individual shall attend meetings, create suitability letters, identify client reviews and book in meetings, compile financial planning and Investment proposals ahead of client meetings as well as get involved in Capital Gain tax analysis.

To be successful in this role you should have;

* Good technical knowledge & experience working within a financial planning firm (min 2 years)

* Have exposure to suitability reports and the review process

* A self-starter with excellent communication skills

* Comfortable using in Intellifo with exposure to various investment platforms
