Job Description
Role: Senior Finance Business Partner for a Charity.

Location: London. Hybrid working possible

Salary: £48,183 per annum.

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

The client is a charity offering services and support for victims of domestic abuse.

Key Accountabilities

Responsible for the annual budgeting process, building relevant financial models, creating a proactive timetable and setting up the relevant financial information towards the final Board presentation.
Responsible for the annual forecasting process (and more frequent if necessary), managing the financial models, the timetable and the financial information required towards the final Board presentation
In conjunction with the Head of Finance, co-ordinating and managing any Board reporting emanating from the finance team.
Developing and managing a financial training programme to enable non-finance unit managers to manage their finances more effectively
Contributing towards the Strategic Financial Plan, ensuring that the assumptions are continually challenged
Accountability for the accurate and timely production of the monthly management accounts
Ensuring that the commentary and presentation of the accounts is relevant, concise and high quality

Knowledge, Experience, Skills and Personal Qualities

Significant experience of finance business planning in a charity, or the public sector or similar, and interface between non-executives and executives in a complex organisation.
A relevant degree or professional qualification (ACCA, ACA , CIMA) or demonstrable equivalent experience
