Sales & Purchase Ledger Assistant | Ellesmere | £negotiable depending on experience

The organisation

Seymour John are supporting a well-established large local business in the Ellesmere area to hire an Accounts Assistant to work with their friendly finance team.

The opportunity

You will:

* Review and update customer pricelists

* Review, release and close sales order

* Raise manual invoices

* Review, process and control weekly invoices

* Raise credit notes and debit notes, matching credit notes

* Review process and control intercompany purchases made by site

* Support with the month end intercompany reconciliation

* Produce and review supplier statements

The individual

We are looking for an experienced accounts professional to join this lovely team. The accounting system is bespoke, so training will be provided. The business offers a competitive salary, working hours 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday, Life Assurance/Reward & Loyalty/Employee Assistance Schemes and 20 days annual leave. This role is fully site based with free on site parking
