The Company:
Our client is a leading industry specialist providing services to domestic and commercial users worldwide

Main Duties:
Reporting to the General manager you will control the operations within the Finance department

The Role:
– To be responsible for the preparation, construction and monitoring of the projects’ financial performance
– To coordinate all processes within the Accountancy team
– To do the final control of all purchase orders and contractors contracts
– To be responsible for creating accounting and administrative procedures with the Office Manager
– Monthly monitoring of the financial procedures / transactions
– To control and support the accounting departments in charge of all accounting entries, financial closing, and payroll
– To ensure all financial transaction are recorded correctly
– To manage all financial reports / statements and forecasts (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
– To coordinate all budget updates and year-end forecasting with HQ
– To manage cash-flow by tracking transactions

Candidate's profile:
– Experience in Cost controlling / financial controlling essential
– Degree educated in accounting / finance beneficial
– Based at commutable distance from Glasgow, ideally has a car
– Excellent analytical skills and detail orientated
– IT literate esp. in MS Excel ( ERP software knowledge)
– French language would be advantageous
